The GT rule is just assume everyone is stronger than Kid Buu and work from there. so gt nappa and gt saibamen is stronger than kid buu? lol, super flawed and if turles, cooler, and broly appeared in gt they would be stronger than kid buu? also super flawed Why not? By that point everyone is stronger than Kid Buu anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

Probably not Freeza, but maybe Cell, but really, who knows, it's GT, they are all over the place with their logic.

They're implied to be the top two guys in a realm where freaking General Rild exists, and he was stated to be above Pure Boo. Considering Base Goku (Super No. 17 arc) > Base Goku (M2) > SSjin Goku (Beginning of GT) > Base Goku (Beginning of GT) > Pure Boo this really shouldn't be a problem.

Yet he EASILY beat Cell and Frieza without even going Super Sayian.. So I think they didn't change much.. I think Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and maybe Trunks could have beaten them, with all but Trunks doing it very easily

And btw.. Considering ALL of those who returned except for maybe Rildo and Super 17 were much weaker than the Z fighters, why even bother coming back?

I think Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and maybe Trunks could have beaten them, with all but Trunks doing it very easily GT perfect files state that Chibi Goku = Adult Goku I see initially Chibi Goku is weaker, but as the series goes on, he eventually equals his Adult power, but that's my opinion, and since the perfect files say this, it's likely to be true. Therefore, his power level is the same. This debate has been made recently in another forum and I now see both Freeza and Cell to be very strong. Much stronger than I initially made them to be in my last post. The fact that they stayed behind to get revenge on Goku, while the other villains, especially (and most importantly) General Rildo, went out to wreak havoc on Earth, could suggest they are > Rildo and therefore > at the VERY least Mr Boo, but could easily be > Gohan-Boo, you can't know for certain. Why would they stay behind? Well 1) they had to have some confidence, if we follow the anime filler then they would have been able to see Goku fight Boo and Rildo etc, and seen how powerful he is, yet they still stayed behind, without attempting to catch him off-guard. This suggests they must have gotten a lot stronger, especially to once again challenge Son Goku. Even if they couldn't see Goku, they would have heard of him from the later villains, e.g Babidi. They must have been the overall strongest in hell, especially considering villains that were actually killed by Goku (Yakon, Black, Rildo) would have wanted more revenge on Goku than Freeza or Cell. If they were the same PL, they would have gone after Trunks and Gohan respectively, they did kill Freeza/Cell after all... I put both at >= Kid Boo (manga) level after much consideration, going by how easily Goku took them out, and although some say SSjin Goku GT>SSJ3 Goku Z, I don't think at this point Chibi Goku = his adult self...yet.

I LIKE to see it kinda like Ginyu in Goku's body, started off weak but got slightly stronger as time went by getting used to the body. The reasoning behind it is in the beginning, Goku couldn't use IT as a kid, saying his body couldn't handle it or something similar like that, but when Piccolo gave him some more ki, he managed to do it, even if it looked so difficult to do, he still managed to do it later in the series. That's just the way I like to see it

His power would've grown when he got killed by gohan. then again in Fusion Reborn (if we are including Movies) So, Cell probably rose his power level maybe to that of Pure Evil Buu (The Grey one) Maybe even Super Buu. But Frieza, I'd doubt his power level would grow that much, I mean he got slaughtered by Trunks SSJ, With pretty much one hit. And with that being said, Trunks SSJ < Goku (Z) < Goku (GT) It's simple logic from here on

Sorry, I assumed the zenkai took effect even if the person died but kept there body. or were wished back to life. I recalled Vegeta saying something about that in the Buu saga, but as you mentioned this is GT, so anything is possible. But Frieza firmly believes he is the strongest in the universe, So can you see someone getting stronger if they have no one to beat? As far as Frieza id concerned Goku only won because Frieza cut his own legs off. as stated in a filler moment. But it is possible that he did get stronger.
